with V-BOND Ink

V-BOND Ink is an extremely versatile, durable, and cost-effective UV ink
solution for Roland DG’s VersaOBJECT MO Series UV flatbed printers. Proven
to be a great all-around UV ink for everything from indoor signage to product
customization applications, V-BOND Ink produces long-lasting, scratch-
resistant full-color graphics and unique dimensional and textural effects that
adhere well to just about any object or substrate. Plus, in addition to imaging
beautifully, this specially formulated ink is nickel-free and CPSIA/Toy Safety
compliant, making it ideal for use on lunch boxes, water bottles, and other
children’s products.

UV DTF with MO Series

With the MO Series, you can print UV DTF decals for
transferring detailed designs onto various surfaces* and shapes without
weeding. UV DTF is printing is ideal for customizing products like
phone cases, water bottles, mugs, leather goods and promotional items with photos, text and logos.

*Testing is recommended for each material that graphics will be applied to. Items with graphic
transfers should be washed by hand, as machine washing is known to reduce adhesion.

High-Definition Print

Newly developed print heads and LED lamp technology,
coupled with advanced software and industry-leading
inks give you the power to reproduce small letters,
fine textures, gradations, and colour-matched graphics
with ease. Furthermore, Orange and Red inks extend your
achievable gamut letting you hit colours that previously
could not be reproduced.

Whether you need vibrant image reproduction, high-opacity
white ink, or the ability to print textures, the MO-240
UV printer is the answer.

High Productivity

The MO-240 is engineered to deliver high productivity
with print speeds up to 1.2 times faster than comparable
models from other brands. The staggered print head
configuration, powerful lamps and increased bed-size
deliver printing speeds of up to 2.07 m2/h in standard
mode, letting you get more done. Denser white ink means
you can print white twice as fast as previous models
and Gloss ink can now be printed in thicker layers,
doubling the speed.

Improvements to the setup process make it easier to
switch between products and jigs of items with ease.
The included software also lets you unlock unprecedented
productivity with multi-layer printing, meaning that you
can outperform your competition when printing on almost
any substrate.

Greater Flexibility

Roland DG’s EUV5 ink is renowned for its broad material
compatibility and excellent adhesion. With just one ink
formulation, you can print onto a variety of substrates,
increasing your ability to adapt to changing market demands.

The MO-240 also allows you to beyond flat substrates thanks
to built-in technologies including ‘distance mode’ printing
and optional extras such as the rotary printing unit. With
these features you can go even further with direct printing
and move towards new opportunities.
