VL-300
The VL-300 Jig Kit is purposefully developed for the LD-300, the world’s first semi-conductor laser decorator, which provides a working space as large as A4 size and 20 cm high. The Jig makes it even easier to directly transfer foil onto leather surfaces, and also enables users to easily personalize small products similar to the LD-80.
Features
The VL-300 expands the productivity of the LD-300 by making full use of the wide working area. It also prevents misprints due to the LD-300 film frame floating, caused by the shape or position of the item to be personalized.
1. Vice to grip pens of all sorts
The simple-design stationary center vice can work with many different products. Circular cylinder like items can also be held steadily by changing the fixing jig.
*Simply change the clamp to hold cylinder like products.
2. Use the Grid Table for smaller products
The grid table to accurately decorate (flat) products smaller than 100 mm.
*The imprint area of the vice and grid table varies by the size and shape of the item to be decorated. Please refer to the user’s manuals for details.
*It is possible to place the two vices together, but the decoration can only be processed separately. The head may crash depending on the height of the item to be decorated on, please be cautious when placing the items.
3. Easy-to-use small sized frame
The small sized frame comes in handy when trying to decorate an item that does not need the full-sized thermal transfer film. The frame can be placed accordingly to the placement of the vice of the grid table. It also gives some clearance for the item to be decorated with one side open.
*The same Thermal Transform Film as the LD-80 can be used (AL-80)
About the LD-300
The LD-300, released in October 2019, is a large-format model of the world’s first semi-conductor laser decorator LD-80, released in March 2018. Based on users’ feedback of wanting a larger imprinting area, the LD-300 can decorate objects in A4 size, up to 20 cm in height. It also enables foil transferring to leather (leather processed with plant-based tanning or artificial leather) and directly decorating the surface of leather processed with plant-based tanning by simply using the thermal transform film without any foil.
The bundled software is intuitively designed so that even beginners can easily decorate the products with not only text but also vector data such as logos and illustrations, by following some simple instructions.
