What could you do with a bigger colour gamut? Add exciting vibrancy to your work or produce more natural tones? Print neutral greys and smooth gradations or show off your creative flair with the brightest, brashest colours? Roland has developed TR2-GR, a new ink in stunning green, to give your business more colour options to explore.
From this summer, TR2 green ink is available for use on TrueVIS VG2* large format printers, Roland’s latest generation of combination printer/cutters. They are multiple award-winners and have won fans across the world for their extensive colour gamut, which includes orange and white. Now, green has made that gamut even more powerful. TR2-GR is also available on Roland’s newly launched TrueVIS VF2-640 standalone printer that builds on the success of VG2 to give graphics businesses more flexibility.
Roland has developed new green process colour options that give the ability to hit specific greens with an incredible 122 new spot colours available in the updated Roland Color System Library. From subtle mint to zesty lemon-lime, from tropical lagoon turquoise to forest green, practically every green shade you can imagine is achievable. Furthermore, the green ink works in tandem with the new True Rich Colour 2 pre-set on both Roland VG2 and VF2 devices, meaning bold colour can be combined easily with neutral greys, smooth gradations and natural skin tones to create exceptional graphics. You can choose from a number of ink configurations to find the right one for you.
Applications such as backlits, vehicle graphics, stickers and decals can be printed at amazing new levels of vibrancy, with branded colours and logos now reproduced with greater colour accuracy. On durable graphics like these, the pioneering print quality is unequalled and colour matching company logos has never been easier. TR2 inks are also certified GREENGUARD Gold for safe indoor graphic applications so you can bring greenery inside too.
The TrueVIS VG2, already an award-winner, is now even better. Adding green to the incredible gamut previously delivered by the TR2 inkset provides graphics businesses with some fantastic new opportunities, from creating the brightest designs to reproducing the most colour-critical logos.
