Symptom
What is the input voltage range for the VG series printer?
Cause
Can I plug in 220 volts without damaging the printer? Many other Roland printers had a voltage range restriction.
Solution
TrueVIS series have a new feature where you can plug in 100 volts AC up to 240 volts AC and it will operate just fine. This is new feature with the TrueVIS series printer.
